Senior Solution Architect – Fastrack for Dynamics 365

The program aims to support our customers in their implementation journey moving to Dynamics ⚠ cloud and we will help drive delivery of the full value of their investment. Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with technical and functional expertise and experience in the successful delivery of Dynamics ⚠ implementation services in complex and challenging environments.

As a Senior Solution Architect in the S&B Connect Dynamics ⚠ team , you will deliver services to our customers and partners, in addition to achieving the customers' target adoption goals. This opportunity will allow you to work on the most complex large global Dynamics ⚠ ERP implementations, driving our customer's implementation towards success and making them raving fans of our products and services. You will influence customer and partner key project stakeholders and sponsors to maximize best use of their investments, while working closely alongside our engineering teams, opening a direct feedback channel for our customers and partners needs leading into best fit of future product features and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver FastTrack's customer and partner experience.
  • Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help key customers and partner project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk to ensure project success.
  • Improve the FastTrack for Dynamics ⚠ experience by identifying and working with other colleagues within S&B Connect to get product features built, processes implemented, policies changed, and capturing supporting data.
  • Evangelize the FastTrack Program to others inside S&B Connect including field sales staff, technical support, engineering, and most importantly to our Partners and Customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND strong experience in engineering, product/technical program management, software implementation, or product development
    OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven Dynamics ⚠ implementation experience in end-to-end ERP projects in various capacities such as Architect, Functional or Technical Lead
  • In-depth experience in delivering Dynamics ⚠ Solutions on any or combination of Dynamics ⚠ Apps such as Dynamics ⚠ Supply Chain, Dynamics ⚠ Finance, Dynamics ⚠ Human Resources and or Dynamics ⚠ Project Operations
  • Power Platform experience including Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field and extensive experience in engineering, product/technical program management, software implementation, or product development.
  • Strong domain skills in one of the following – Professional Services, Public Sector, Distribution, Manufacturing or Retail
  • Excellent understanding of Azure technologies in the areas of Integration, Networking, Monitoring, Security
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in adjacent technologies including one or more of the following: M⚠, Power BI, S&B Connect Azure technologies, S&B Connect Fabric, App Insights etc. (certifications a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Experience with handling ambiguity while striving for clarity and having the motivation and willingness to lead positive changes and clarifications that affect the business.
  • Story Telling: demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted to partners and customers on an emotional level, delivering outcomes and a call to action.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations that involve CXO's to end users.
  • Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in 'engaging virtual teams' with ability to influence and motivate others and ensure results.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet S&B Connect, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: S&B Connect Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the S&B Connect Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
