• As Head of Quality Assurance, you lead an international quality team and contribute to the development, management and further expansion of the quality system.
• You take the global lead in setting up and maintaining QA systems.
• You act as a catalyst for continuous improvements and change projects.
• You drive strategic initiatives that ensure food safety and consistent product quality.
• Be the central point of contact with various stakeholders regarding quality.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in a food related field.
• You have extensive and relevant experience in the food industry, with at least ⚠ years in a managerial position.
• You are an experienced coach & People Manager, driven and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and production processes is a must.
• You are hands-on and have strong communication skills.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You are willing to travel to different European plants.
