Accountant

We are currently looking for an Accountant for one of our clients active in the farming sector and located in Walloon Brabant.

This company concept was originally implemented in the UK 10 years ago. Over the year, the structure has developed its activities to Belgium and France. With a team of 50 people, the company is a pioneer in the development of an innovative solution for the agricultural world. Our client plans to triple or even quadruple its business over the next three years.

Facing a rapid growth, our client needs to recruit its first Accountant. You will work closely to the Finance Manager and you will be in charge of the Accountancy from A to Z with the support of a fiduciary. Opportunities are endless at our client! Depending on your potential, transitioning towards a more analytical position over time will be a possibility.

• Carrying out operational accounting work: booking of purchase/sales invoices, processing invoices, processing bank transactions, reconciling payments, …
• Managing monthly and annual closings
• Providing financial statements & reports
• Preparing VAT and tax returns with the support of an external accountant
• Participating during audit periods

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least a first experience in Accounting
• You speak French and you are comfortable using English in a professional context
• You've got great potential and a good motivation!
