As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a Deployment Manager to lead all charging infrastructure deployment projects within Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will be part of a wider EMEA team where we collaborate closely and share best practices.

You are responsible for multiple projects from A-Z, including permitting, design, contracting, coordinating the construction phase and the delivery of the project within the agreed timeline and budget. In addition, you will play a vital role in providing feedback to our product engineering teams, ensuring our charging solutions meet our customer expectations.

• Provide technical support to theProject Development team during the conversations and negotiations withpotential site hosts
• Responsible for the design and permitting phase andselection of subcontractor(s)
• Oversee all onsite constructions, visit construction sitesand coordinate and direct subcontractors
• Report to internal and external stakeholders on progress,costs and performance
• Liaise with grid-operators to establish the grid connection
• Ensure projects are delivered cost effectively within theestablished timeline
• Identify potential roadblocks and provide creative solutions

Votre contribution

• Minimum of ⚠ years of relevant working experience in A-Zproject management of construction and/or installation projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve towell-judged decisions
• Capability to communicate effectively and collaborate withinternal- and external stakeholders
• Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility and apassion to learn
• Willing and able to travel on a regular basis
• A Valid Driver's License
• Fluency in English and French is a must, Dutch (Flemish) isa nice-to-have
