As a group L&D Manager , based in RW Experts RoRo Agencies NV located in Zeebrugge , you are responsible for coordinating, organising and evaluating L&D programmes for our employees. You will identify training needs and develop customised programmes that align with the RW Experts objectives.

Your role

Your responsibility may involve multiple RW Experts locations (e.g. Luxembourg, Zeebrugge, Purfleet, Rotterdam,…).

Such projects includes:

· setting up and coordinating group learning programmes;

· setting up group guidelines and procedures around L&D;

· keeping up with the developments and trends in the market, field and local regulations;

· creating an annual training plan and submitting it to the government;

· handling the employee evaluation system and initiate follow up actions;

· safeguarding and improve the quality of the learning programmes;

· manage the L&D database and report L&D metrics and analytics;

· keeping track of the talent management;

· ensuring that all possible grants are applied for and paid out;

Jouw profiel

Your profile

· You have a master's degree and have experience in project management and L&D;

· You have a thorough knowledge of the English and Dutch language;

· You work fluently with the MS Office package: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.

· You have strong organisational and multitasking talents.

· You have an analytical, proactive and digital approach and strive for excellence;

· You are a communicative person who takes initiative.
