Robert HalfTalent Solutions is currently looking for a Labor Lawyer & Social Relations Specialist for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the industrial sector.

As Labor Lawyer & Social Relations Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Providing legal support to HR and the Business stakeholders;
• Management of disciplinary sanctions (analysis of facts, drafting of letters);
• Management of other departures: redundancies, negotiated departures & transactions;
• Support and assistance with the management of bodies such as works councils, CPPT and internal/external meetings with social partners;
• Preparatory work for drafting and negotiating company agreements;
• Legal research/social and regulatory monitoring;
• Litigation management.

The required profile for the Labor Lawyer & Social Relations Specialist position:

• Master's degree in Labor Law, or experience in similar employment law/Human Resources functions, in an industrial or service environment, preferably in a multi-site environment;
• A generalist approach to HR, with good knowledge of individual and collective labor law;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in teamwork;
• You are fluent in Dutch & French.
