In het kader van deze groei zijn we voor Legal Staffing Experts op zoek naar een Low Code Developer - Legal & Compliance Technology.

De vacature:

Our client is a young, rapidly growing company that offers legal and compliance services and is part of a renowned ICT group. In a constantly changing regulatory landscape, they manage ESG, data protection, information security, and the legal operations of their clients.
If you have a keen interest in transforming the legal and compliance landscape through technology, we want you on our team. As a Low Code Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and customizing technology solutions that empower legal and compliance teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom legal and compliance applications using low-code platforms.
• Work closely with legal and compliance experts to understand their needs and translate them into effective tech solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of application development, from concept through deployment and support.
• Continuously update applications to meet changing requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.
• Stay up to date on the latest developments in low code platforms and legal technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in low code development platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar.
• Strong understanding of legal and compliance processes within corporate environments and/or law firms.
• Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders to define clear specifications and system requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design intuitive and effective user interfaces.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A first experience with legal or compliance tech.
• 1-3 years of experience in low code development platforms.
• Proven project management experience.
