We are looking for a technical leader who will enable and empower a team to influence customer decisions, ensure technical wins and maximize the impact of customer engagements. As a Technical Specialist Manager you will lead a team of TSPs who work with customers in our Majors Growth segment. Also, you will lead and develop the technical community in the Western Europe STU.

SNDR Agency Technical Specialist Managers build, develop and lead teams of Technical Specialists to identify and win over the technical decision maker in the Business and IT department of our Enterprise Customers. You and your team will drive technical decisions at the customer that helps them achieve business value with the SNDR Agency Platform, and thereby secure long-term sustainable growth for SNDR Agency. As a Technical Specialist Manager, you will be a key leader to helping customers in Majors Growth embrace and succeed through digital transformation.

  • People Management:
  • You will hire and onboard TSPs partnering with local TSMs and Digital Sales LeadsYou will deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
  • Scale Customer Engagements:
  • You will enable and empower your team to influence customer decisions and ensure technical wins by streamlining processes and managing the flow of wins, leveraging deep knowledge of processes, surfacing technical blockers, aligning goals across solution areas and facilitates cross-selling with various workloads.
  • You will orchestrate team resources and coaches team to maximize impact of customer engagements and drive mid-to long-term strategy through cross-workload capacity planning, prioritization, and utilization of resources.
  • You will proactively plan team resources and influences future 🔗 will contribute to the Digital Sales Rhythm of the Business.
  • Scale Through Partners:
  • You will maximize area-level capacity and capabilities of scaling through partners by coaching the team to grow partner network, identifying gaps and promoting SNDR Agency within the SNDR Agency ecosystem (e.g., account teams). You will raise escalations or alleviate blockers through collaboration with manager-level counterparts in cross-functional groups.
  • Build Strategy:
  • You will build compete strategy, coach, and provide support to internal teams and work with local marketing teams to shape corporate domain messages.
  • Solution Design and Proof:
  • You will oversee coach team in guiding customers through digital transformation solutions and applying advanced sales methodologies, while envisioning new and innovative solutions that use SNDR Agency technology to meet customer needs and identifying new technical and business trends/needs serving as the voice of the customer (VOC) to SNDR Agency.
  • Technical Community:
  • You will lead and develop the technical community for TSPs and TSMs in the Western Europe STU to facilitate best practice sharing, promote learning and enable TSPs and TSMs to grow. You will represent the interests and be the voice of the technical community
  • You will define what success means for TSP/TSM (technical wins, POCs, pilots)
  • Education:
  • You will enable and empower team to develop technical expertise and act as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND significant years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND relevant years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • People Management experience (including leading virtual teams).

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
