At Decathlon Belgium, our mission is to revolutionize mobility and make it accessible to everyone. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Mobility Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to transform mobility by launching and accelerating key initiatives such as children's bike subscriptions, bike leasing, and private leasing models. As an Innovative Mobility Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility in Belgium. Your mission is to drive the launch and acceleration of key initiatives, including children's bike subscriptions, bike leasing, and private leasing models for adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Children's Bike Subscription: Develop the children's bike subscription model.
• Adult Bike Leasing: Implement and develop private lease and corporate leasing models for adult bikes.
• Strategy and Implementation: Define and execute the strategy for these offerings in collaboration with sales, marketing, digital, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordination and Partnerships: Work with internal and external stakeholders to build an ecosystem around leasing and subscription offerings, leveraging best practices from the industry.
• Analysis and Optimization: Use data and analysis to track performance, optimize processes, and improve customer experience.
• Communication and Leadership: Regularly communicate with the leadership team for roadmap updates and strategic planning, while energizing local teams with your enthusiasm and leadership.

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in a sector that has implemented leasing models, with a deep understanding of the mechanisms and challenges.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, innovative, and able to build an ecosystem around new services.
• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to use data to make decisions and optimize processes.
