This position is perfect for someone who loves to speak about RM Staffing, capable to pitch relevant stories to media, can organize events, can manage internal & external stakeholders

Responsible for

PR

• Developing strategies and plans for corporate and lifestyle PR
• Developing strategies & plans for corporate and crisis communication.
• Acting as the spokesperson for RM Staffing. (Dutch & French)
• Journalists management
• Media monitoring & listening
• Collaborating with the commercial team to create PR presence that complements overall marketing and business objective
• Press release writing
• Agency Management
• Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign
• Management of PR and influencer budget

Events

• Research and propose new strategies and trends in sponsorship to enhance future partnerships at the service of our conquest sports and cities
• Researching, negotiating, and managing partnerships and sponsors for various events
• Developing attractive and customized partnerships proposals.
• Negotiating partnerships agreements to maximize benefits for the company and partners.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure partnership commitments are met and well-executed
• Oversee partner activation during events, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement
• Evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives and prepare post-event reports

• Strong leadership & mgt skills
• Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Availability in case of crises on weekends or evenings
• Team Player
• Having a large RM Staffing network or a social person who makes contacts quickly is a plus
• An education in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field
