For a well know company in machinery sector, we are looking for a Junior ESG Analyst to join the team in Vilvoorde. Tasks as Junior ESG Analyst:

You will be part of the internal audit team. As part of this dynamic team, ⚠% of your time you will be responsible for the follow up of a worldwide ESG project.

• You will ensure compliance with the newly setup ESG rules
• You will help implement new practices that support these ESG goals
• You will help in policy and due diligence development
• You will establish a control framework for ESG-related legislation
• You will prepare training materials, newsletters, presentations,... To educate management on ESG requirements
• You will monitor the implementation of the new policies across the group

⚠% of your time you will be performing internal audit & compliance tasks

• You will help in internal audit planning and execution
• You will do testing and make sure everything is documented timely
• You play a part in optimization processes

Profile:

• You have a master's degree in economics, business engineering,...
• You have a solid base knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, ESG regulations
• You are proficient in English
• You are pro-active and hands on, you have excellent communication skills and you can work accurately with attention to detail
