What will you do?

Recruitment:

  • Profile candidates: Map out the experience, skills, and career aspirations of candidates.
  • Talent scouting: Proactively search for talented professionals using our database and social media channels.
  • Attend intake interviews: Learn various interview techniques and adapt them to different interlocutors.

Sales:

  • Market analysis: Identify new companies and prepare prospecting actions.
  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with the responsible person to optimize our database and develop new strategies.

Database management:

  • Training & development: Attend training sessions to understand the analytical capabilities of our database.
  • Data analysis: Use your critical and analytical skills to improve our database, analyses, and reports.
  • LinkedIn management: Keep our database up-to-date and identify areas for improvement.

Communication:

  • Strategic communication: Gain insight into our communication tools and strategies, and identify new opportunities within GDPR regulations.
  • Research and implementation: Conduct research projects and launch your proposals during your internship.

Who are you?

  • Student: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • HR enthusiast: You have an interest in HR and recruitment.
  • Eager to learn: Enthusiasm and a drive to learn define you.
