Intern / Analyst – Operations Strategy

About the role: The Intern/Analyst – Operations Strategy role is an entry-level position responsible for supporting large-scale programs in Global Operations. The Intern/Analyst is accountable for successful visualization of executive-level presentations & documents as well as own program routines, follow-ups & other administrative activities

What will you be doing?

  • Design high-impact presentations : Building presentations & documents to effectively convey the vision of the program for senior management. This involves aesthetic visualization of the program vision which is easy to understand and tailored for the audience and creating simple representation of key messages & strong storyline of the program
  • Program Management: Owning the maintenance of the program backlog and supporting with internal routines, documentation & follow-ups on the actions with the respective members
  • Program Monitoring and Report-Out: Provide transparent and consistent updates on progress, ensure adequate report-out for senior management
  • Innovation: Seek & incorporate external and internal best practices to elevate the visual brand of Global Operations and the program

Who are we looking for?

Skills:

  • Level of educational attainment required: Preference - Bachelors / Masters in Digital Design or Graphic Design, Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, or other relevant design / management background
  • Previous work experience required: Past/Personal projects in digital/graphic design
  • Language skills required: English (Fluent)

  • Comprehension/Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly understand the purpose of the visual, context behind it & the message that we wish to convey with the presentations
