NGO with a team of 40 individuals from 15 different nationalities. Our organization boasts a flat structure, fostering an environment where everyone's contributions are valued, and where each team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


In this role, you will have the chance to spearhead a variety of projects, both strategic and operational in nature. From designing and implementing HR strategies to managing day-to-day operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's HR landscape. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a dedicated team member, guiding them towards professional growth and success.


  • Strong leadership abilities and mentoring skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices +7 years' HR experience
  • Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Experience managing day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness in a diverse workplace environment.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the NGO sector.
  • French - English and any other European languages is a plus
