Fleet & HR Officer

One of our top partners in the IT sector in Brussels is currently seeking a HR & Fleet Officer.

With over 1,000 employees spread across 20 countries, this company has been steadily growing year after year for over 30 years. To complement the HR team, the HR Manager is on the lookout for a HR & Fleet Officer to handle a wide range of tasks related to personnel and fleet administration.

On a daily basis, you'll be a crucial support ensuring smooth HR and operational procedures and meticulously tracking various files.


  • Administrative fleet management from A to Z for over 200 vehicles: assisting drivers in ordering new vehicles, providing advice, information, planning, and follow-up.
  • Fleet Reporting: monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all vehicle-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and leasing costs.
  • Implementing best practices for car policy: continuously seeking ways to optimize costs, such as negotiating contracts with automotive service providers or promoting fuel-efficient driving practices.
  • Employee administration: managing employee files including contracts, personal documents, CVs, diplomas, parental leave, certificates for childcare, parking permits, and train subscriptions.
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for general HR administration such as insurance and extra-legal benefits management.

  • A bachelor's degree in Office Management (or equivalent).
  • Previous significant experience in Fleet management.
  • Native proficiency in French or Dutch, with fluent English skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and pragmatic mindset.
