Quality Control Coordinator

For the plant of WLLM Partners in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, we are looking for a QC coordinator to strengthen our team.


  • Ensure that products meet the established quality standards and specifications based on the data provided by the QC lab technicians
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control processes and procedures. Update the procedures when required.
  • Identify and report any deviations from the quality standards.
  • Support the QC manager in preparation of and during external quality audits
  • Provide support and data to the complaint analyis team
  • Provide technical support for customers, sales managers and product managers
  • Actively following up the status and changes of product related legislations, standards and certifications in collaboration with other departments
  • Reports to the QC manager of WLLM Partners Benelux

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic person with the following competences:

  • Master of Science in: materials engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry,…
  • Ideally a minimum of ⚠ years of experience in a quality or research position
  • Affinity with the construction sector is a plus
  • Knowledge of Dutch and French (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You show a sense of responsibility and have a hands-on mentality
  • You have good organizational skills
  • You are motivated to continuously expand your knowledge and are aware of new trends and technologies within the construction sector
