• Payroll management from onboarding to employee departure.
• Involvement in HR projects (Comp&Ben, benchmarking, etc.).
• Administrative and Payroll Management of employees with the social secretariat.
• Regular contact with the union and participation in works council meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
• At least two years of experience as Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant within a social secretariat.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
