We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Corporate Communication & Sustainability Manager (M/F/X).

As the Corporate Communication & Sustainability Manager (M/F/X), you'll be at the heart of our communication efforts. Your main focus will be on all topics related to internal communication & events as well as driving CSR & DEI initiatives forward.

You will:

• Keep the communication train rolling by managing all internal communication tools like our intranet, magazine, screens in the building,...
• Organize all company events such as our annual party, afterwork events, leadership meetings from A-Z.
• Lead projects related to internal communication and participate in broader initiatives as a communication expert.
• Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment and collaboration on communication strategies.
• Take the driving seat for CSR & DEI initiatives in Belgium, playing a pivotal role in promoting sustainability and social responsibility within Vinçotte.

• Degree: Master or bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
• Experience: You have min. 5 years of experience in corporate communication, in combination with a proven track record regarding CSR & DEI initiatives.
• Languages: You are fluent in French, Dutch & English.
• Skills:
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbally;
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • A positive attitude, make it happen mentality, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn;
  • Proficiency in working independently and taking initiative in driving communication and sustainability initiatives forward. You demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and resourcefulness, able to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and execute plans effectively,
  • Strategic mindset in aligning communication and sustainability efforts with overarching organizational goals and priorities.
